We are encouraging patients to give their views about the Practice. In order to do this, we have established a Patient Participation Group that meets on a regular basis here at the surgery. From time to time members will be contacted by email/post to be asked a question or two about our Practice and the services we offer.

If you would like to join Chapelfield’s Patient Participation Group please ask for a form at Reception.

The Patient group is established and growing and we are actively seeking more members!

We have asked our group for comments/suggestions/ideas on our recent Patient Survey Results.

Members of the Patient Participation Group are working at ways of displaying and providing information to keep everyone up to date and informed on all matters regarding the Practice. An Information Area within the Waiting Room, which will be manned periodically by members of the group, has now been established. The group are actively working on the presentation of relevant and topical information. Any comments or suggestions received will be presented at their next meeting.
